You have already allocated time for your exercises and in the morning before you do your exercises you will cleanse and prepare you skin for the day. Equally in the evening before you do your exercises you will cleanse and moisturise your skin for the night. This is a routine which you must not break.

Finally, while you are working on how to losing that double chin you need to work on how you present yourself to the world. Losing your double chin will not have the desired effect if all people can see is a sad or unkempt person.
